§ 78-201. Operations manual adopted.

The Leesville Municipal Airport Operations Manual is hereby made a part of this Code by reference. All of the rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of the Leesville Municipal Airport are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. An up-to-date copy of said operations manual will be maintained by the administrator and kept at the city hall for public inspection at all times.
