§ 26-205. Franchise payments.

Suddenlink Communications [shall] pay quarterly to the City of Leesville through its department of finance on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, a franchise fee equal to five percent of gross revenues received from the provision of cable or video service to subscribers within the City of Leesville and from advertising disseminated through cable service or video service and home shopping services.
