§ 90-1. Sewerage District No. 3—Created.

There is hereby created a sewerage district to be known and designated as Sewerage District No. 3 of the City of Leesville, Louisiana, which said Sewerage District is a consolidation and extension of Sewerage Districts Nos. 1 and 2 of the City of Leesville, Louisiana.
