§ 78-100. Operation of trains in corporate limits, maximum speed limit established.

All railroad companies and employees thereof who shall operate trains in and through the corporate limits of the City of Leesville, are prohibited from running, or operating said trains at a greater speed than 25 miles per hour within the corporate limits of said city.
