The amount of reimbursement shall be according to the following schedule:

Psychiatric services ..... 50.00

Pharmacy services, over the counter ..... 5.00

(6)

Prescriptions—Actual cost, up to a maximum of ..... 50.00

(7)

Follow-up ..... 50.00

(8)

Follow-up by inmate's request ..... 75.00
