§ 50-28. Fee.

A card issued pursuant to this division shall contain the picture and fingerprints of the person to whom it is issued. A fee of $25.00 shall be paid for the issuance of each card upon initial request and application and a renewal fee for the renewal of same shall be charged at the rate of $10.00 for each renewal of each card.
