§ 50-21. [Sale of alcoholic beverages by the package only.]

It shall be unlawful for any retail or wholesale dealer who is licensed as a restaurant or who is licensed to sell beverages of high or low alcoholic content by the package only and not for consumption on the premises to sell or otherwise dispose or dispense of beverages of either high or low alcoholic content on Sundays, except between the hours of noon 12:00 p.m. and midnight 12:00 a.m. This section shall apply to beverages of both high and low alcoholic content.
