§ 2-210. Prohibited.

Smoking of tobacco products is hereby prohibited within buildings owned or leased by the city with the following exceptions: When a person/group rents a facility from the city, smoking of tobacco products is allowed within the space actually rented. The city discourages smoking during these functions and assumes no liability if the renter allows smoking to occur at the renter's function.
