§ 2-4. Budget.

(a)

The budget shall be transmitted to the council not later than May 15, together with the budget message and budget recommendations of the administrative officer and appropriate revenue and expenditure ordinances.

(b)

After such appropriate public hearings as the council may deem necessary, the budget shall be adopted not later than June 5.
