§ 14-405. Plumbing permit fees.

Fees for inspections, permits and penalties are hereby fixed in accordance with this section.

Plumbing permit fees—Residential:

1 bath ..... $45.00

1½ bath ..... 50.00

2 baths ..... 55.00

Over 2 baths ..... 60.00

Apartments (each) ..... 30.00

This permit fee includes necessary inspections for rough-ins, finals and sewer connections.

Sewer connection only—Outside the city limits of Leesville will be:

Residential ..... 50.00

Commercial ..... 100.00

Plumbing permit fees—Commercial:

Plumbing fixtures, first 5 ..... $45.00

Each additional to be installed under same permit ..... 4.75

Tie to curb inlet; storm sewer ..... 15.00

Manholes ..... 15.00

Catch basin or outside area drain ..... 15.00

Fire sprinkler system ..... 60.00

Hot water heaters ..... 10.00

Septic tanks or individual sewerage treatment plants ..... 35.00

Tanks (not septic tanks):

A permit separate from other plumbing work is required. Tanks through 1,000 gallons capacity including:

Mechanical interceptors ..... $20.00

1,001 through 6,000 gallons ..... 30.00

6,001 through 15,000 gallons ..... 40.00

15,001 through 30,000 gallons ..... 50.00

Over 30,000 gallons ..... 60.00

Minimum inspection fee ..... 25.00

Permit fees including all necessary inspection, except re-inspections, the fee shall be $15.00 per inspection.
