§ 14-250. Registration required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of installing, maintaining, altering or repairing any wiring, fixtures or equipment used for the conducting of electricity for which a permit is required by this article, nor shall any person in any manner undertake to execute such work unless such person is holder of a certificate of registration as required by this division.
